Rental terms and conditions

All the apartments are rented from private property. The rent for the benefit of the owners in charge of ALTISSIM SLU 

RESERVATION:

The reservation is guaranteed, only after sending the deposit receipt or 50% of the rental price. The balance is to be paid one month before arrival.
The rental contract must imperatively be returned signed within 15 days.

PRICE :

Rental prices are quoted for a week of 7 nights. They include rental apartments with appropriate description as their possession, bedlinen, towels and a flat consumption 250kwh. Linen is not included.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

In case of cancellation, the refund of the amounts paid will be subject to deduction from the amounts indicated.

29 to 15 days before arrival = 50% of the total
14-7 days before arrival = 75% of total
less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the total

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE:

In order to guarantee the safe return of the buildings and furniture, a deposit will be required upon arrival. The cost of replacing all missing items (breakage, deterioration …) will be deducted from this deposit. If these costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the balance. If the departure cleaning has not been done by the tenant a following flat rate will be charged and deducted from the deposit.

HOME AND KEYS:

Reception and possession will take place on Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Accommodation must be vacated before 11 a.m. on Saturday. If you wish to obtain the keys after 7 p.m. on Saturday, you will still be contacted by the home. All instructions are then given to the occupation of the rented premises.

CURRENT STATUS AND INVENTORIES:

Due to the large number of entries and exits at the same time, the verification of the rented premises and inventory must be carried out by the tenant, upon arrival. Any claims regarding the rented property must be submitted in writing to the essential address within 48 hours of the keys.

OCCUPATION:

Tenants are obliged to:

• to occupy the premises in “good father”,
• to comply with the rules of construction
• particularly with regard to noise (it is strictly forbidden to climb into apartments with ski boots), laundry, cleaning, car parking, and instructions for energy saving.
• not to exceed in any case the number of occupants specified in the contract and that corresponds to the equipment of the apartment considered bedding
• do not use the beds without sheets and pillows
• follow the dates of occupation and time of departure.

HOME:

The final cleaning must be done by the tenant. However, the possibility is offered to the tenant to have the rental agency for a fixed price. In this case, the agency must be notified 48 hours before the departure date.

RESPONSIBILITY:

The owner and his agent accept no responsibility in case of theft or robbery in the rented premises. The tenant is obliged to insure against damages of any nature that may incur liability.

DISPUTES :

In the event of a dispute, the parties choose to domicile themselves at the office of the ALTISSIM Court and recognized as competent Andorra.
